They could not cast out the demon, when Jesus cast out the demon, they asked Him why they had failed. He answered that they didn’t have enough faith. If they had faith the size of a mustard seed, they could do anything.  A mustard seed is very, very, small but once planted grows into a huge tree.

Summary:  If I were to ask the average Church member what is the mission of the church, I don’t think they could tell me.  In fact, I believe that 9 out of 10 people who attend church could not correctly answer that question.  Jesus answered this question for us.  He did not leave it up to us to define or figure out.  What we need today is “A Radical Obedience to an Ancient Command”.  This message deals with what that looks like today.
